We Offer Two Very Different Sunday Worship Styles; and One Special monthly Reassurance Worship Service:
8:30 AM Traditional Service
This service is formal to business casual. There are no electronic aids to worship. We use Hymnals, organ music and responsive readings. The Adult choir sings frequently during the year. Sermon is delivered from the pulpit. Free Child Care
10:00 AM Contemporary Soul Journey Service
Join us for a casual worship service with our Praise Band. We don't care about what you wear or the type of car you drive. We are together to worship and to learn together on how to be disciples. The mission field is beyond the church walls. Join us in song, prayer and praise. Song Lyrics are projected on the wall and the music features our praise band. Take your children to Sunday School or for those under 3 years old; take them to the nursery to play. Then YOU, come and WORSHIP, with a welcoming church family. "Come, now is the time to Worship..."
11:00 AM Tuesday Reassurance Service (the last Tuesday of the month) for people with Alzheimers/Memory Loss/Dementia and their caregivers. This special needs service will be a simple familiar Traditional style worship with communion by intinction. Familiar hymns and prayers will be played on the organ and piano. This service will last 45 minutes. A luncheon, for a nominal fee, will follow for those who would like to stay. Trained volunteers will be in the congregation for assistance. ADA accessible. This service will allow caregivers and their loved ones to come to a worship service where they will feel comfortable. It gives you an opportunity to share lunch together after worship in a friendly cheerful environment for a nominal fee. (Service will not be held on major holidays).
