Please join us on Sunday March 3 from 10 to 11 AM for the first of 4 sessions on Kay Warren's book Choose Joy Because Happiness Isn't Enough.
This DVD and discussion group is led by Celeste Kobulnicky at the
Church of the Good Shepherd in downtown Oswego. Long-time church member
Betty McQueen highly recommends this study, "I read the book twice. I
especially like that Jesus is revealed as not only a man of sorrows but
also as a man of joy!" Kay Warren explains the path to experiencing
soul-satisfying joy no matter what personality type you are or what
you're going through. Joy is deeper than
happiness, lasts longer than excitement, and is more satisfying than
pleasure and thrills. As Betty McQueen says, "It's good to be happy, but
joy is deeper." Joy comes from God, and it can be yours today. Booklet
suggested $7. Come for any or all sessions. For more information call
the office 630- 554-3269.
