Prekindergarten
Mrs. Sidhu
Preschool
Mrs. Exline
Experience:
Mrs. Sidhu has been with Little Shepherd Preschool for five years. She has over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood field. Not only is she Director of Little Shepherd Preschool, but also teaches both the Prekindergarten and Enrichment classes at the school.

Philosophy on teaching:
Mrs. Sidhu's favorite teachers growing up were fun, attentive, and empathetic and that instilled her love for teaching. Each child is different and has so much to offer and Mrs. Sidhu strives to unleash each child's potential and celebrate their achievements throughout the school year.
Experience:
Mrs. Exline will be teaching the Preschool Class this year. This will be her first year with Little Shepherd Preschool. She has a bachelor’s degree in English with a large focus on Early Elementary Education. She has a passion for creating a lifelong love of learning and most recently ran her own in home daycare.

Philosophy on teaching:
Mrs. Exline believes in creating a loving and safe environment where your child can use their beautiful imagination to the fullest. She wants each child to feel confident in the classroom and loves watching each child grow more curious about the world around them. She believes strongly in helping a child fall in love with learning by adapting and supporting each child’s unique personality.
Pre-K Assistant
Mrs. Ferguson
Experience:
Mrs. Ferguson has been an assistant Pre- K teacher with Little Shepherd Preschool since 2012. Educated and trained for Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis awareness and informal special needs education and support.

Philosophy on teaching:
Being blessed with a neurodivergent child solidifies my philosophy that children do not all learn the same way or at the same pace. “Slow & steady wins the race”. Visual, auditory, kinesthetic, tactile, social learners etc....I am here for you all.
Preschool Assistant
Mrs. Johnson
Experience:
Mrs. Johnson has been involved with the preschool as a parent and a board member since her oldest started preschool in 2014, and became an assistant in early 2022. Her children are now 11 and 8 and loved creating memories and long lasting friendships during their preschool years.
Philosophy on teaching:
Mrs. Johnson wants her students to learn how to problem solve and grow into empowered young people who can communicate their needs and wants.
