Blocks, Dramatic Play, Writing Center, Sensory Table, Science Area, Math Center
• Group Time

Welcome Song, Calendar, Weather, Read a Story, Group Learning Activity (introduce new math, science, language concepts)
• Gross Motor Room

Activities change daily and could include:

balance beams, stepping stones, hula hoops, balls, parachute, scooters, etc
• Snack

Prayer and a school provided snack,

meeting Illinois State Board of Education requirements

• Jolly Phonics

Phonics program on the SmartBoard: story, songs, games, guided wri�ng

• Small Group Activities

Groups of 3 to 4 children working on a specific activity, such as:

using manipulatives to create patterns, playing board games, creating art,

science experiments, cutting, exploring the light board, journaling, and more

• Dismissal

Occasional Mystery Reader, packing backpacks, independently putting on jackets,

goodbye prayer, prayer for absent students
